Welcome! Please get to know this 4th generation building family enterprise that has created 100’s of homes and commercial properties in the Highland Lakes area since 1963, including Award Winning Parade Homes with a span of expertise in projects ranging from $300K to $10M estates.

As a Custom Home Builder, Developer and Commercial Contractor, the Dan Burdett & his Team has the expertise and equipment and in-house design features that saves our customers time and money.

Dan Burdett offers to help his customers design their own plans for Design Build Projects and Build To Suit on our lot our yours. We build in the Texas Hill Country reaching the cities of Johnson City, Fredericksburg, Llano, Burnet, Marble Falls, Spicewood, Smithwick, and Bertram.

Builds range from 1800 square feet to 18K. Dan Burdett has over 30 years building experience including Custom Homes, Churches, Assisted Living Facilities, Commercial/Industrial, Ranch, and a new project starting in 2024 for the Cherokee Home for Children.
